Tuapsinsky district stretches along the Black Sea coast for 100 km from the Bzhidsky pass and to the village of Shepsi. The resort area of ​​the Tuapsinsky district is located along the M-27 federal highway, which, on the one hand, facilitates access to the health resorts and hotels, and, on the other, it divides the coastal strip and the hotel facilities. For the convenience of holidaymakers, the resort area is equipped with ground, underground and suspension crossings, large sanatoria and boarding houses are equipped with elevators to go down to the beach.

There are 6 resort settlements on the territory of the district, in which 11 municipal public beaches are located, other beaches are assigned to boarding houses and sanatoria. In total, there are 83 different beaches in Tuapse district, from rocky to small-pebble and sand: in Dzhubga the beach is sandy and pebble, in Lermontovo it is sandy, in Novomikhailovsky, Olginka, Nebug are medium-pebble beaches, in the village of Gizel-Dere there are large-pebble beaches, in Shepsi (Dederkoy) - small-pebble beaches.

In 2014, in the village of Nebug, a new pebble beach with an area of ​​10,000 sq.m was opened at the HELIOPARK Nebug hotel. This is one of the most modern beaches of the coast, it has developed infrastructure.
